Dr. Eric K. Robertson, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Program Director

Dr. Robertson has extensive experience in orthopaedic physical therapy practice and education, leadership, management, and clinical research. His teaching experience spans from entry-level to Fellowship training. He is active in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and the American Physical Therapy Association, where he serves as a member of the APTA’s Media Corps.

Dr. Robertson is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas at El Paso and previously was on faculty at the School of Physical Therapy at Regis University, Texas State University and the Evidence in Motion Residency and Fellowship. Dr. Robertson received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University and his doctor of physical therapy degree from Boston University. He completed his fellowship training with Evidence in Motion. Additionally, Dr. Robertson is the founder of, a popular physical therapy blog. His writing appears there and in various academic venues.
